Trace3 Acquires IVOXY to Expand Data Center Expertise and Pacific Northwest Presence

Trace3 has acquired IVOXY, a Seattle-based infrastructure engineering consultancy, to deepen its data center and hybrid cloud capabilities while accelerating its growth in the Pacific Northwest. The acquisition brings together two companies with shared expertise in high-touch technology consulting and positions them to better serve clients operating across distributed IT environments. The move allows IVOXY to scale its offerings by tapping into Trace3’s national delivery engine, engineering talent, and full-spectrum technology consulting portfolio. For enterprise customers, this opens access to a wider range of solutions including managed services, application modernization, AI consulting, IT operations, and security—all integrated into a single engagement model.“This acquisition positions IVOXY to bring even greater value to its clients by gaining immediate access to Trace3’s national scale, deep bench of engineering talent, and full-spectrum technology consulting portfolio across AI, cloud, data, and security,” said Sandy Salty, Chief Marketing Officer at Trace3. “IVOXY now becomes a more powerful, nationally connected force—retaining its local focus while gaining the resources and reach to help clients modernize faster and scale smarter.”IVOXY’s deep experience in infrastructure engineering, software-defined networking, and hybrid environments will be integrated into Trace3’s Northwest operations as part of its broader West Region. This enables rapid extension of IVOXY’s services to Trace3’s existing clients in the region and offers new growth opportunities for the partner ecosystem. “IVOXY’s manufacturer partners get access to Trace3’s broad services portfolio of managed services, AI consulting, and lifecycle programs,” Salty added. “Meanwhile, IVOXY clients will be empowered with Trace3’s very unique Research and Innovation portfolio, giving them early access to emerging technologies backed by Tier 1 venture capital networks.”In addition to expanded capabilities, the acquisition enhances Trace3’s position with key vendors through IVOXY’s advanced certifications and existing alliances. These assets will help reinforce Trace3’s go-to-market strategy in the Pacific Northwest and adjacent markets by supporting a model that combines scale with specialized expertise.“Elite Expertise is a core brand pillar for Trace3,” Salty noted. “In our M&A strategy, a culture of excellence, proven skills, and talent is just as important as geographical footprint. The addition of IVOXY ensures we continue to emphasize both scale and specialization—allowing partners to plug into a more agile and capable enterprise sales engine.”In the near term, IVOXY will operate as “IVOXY, a Trace3 Company” and adopt the Trace3 brand as integration progresses. The combined company is expected to offer a more cohesive experience for enterprise clients seeking to modernize infrastructure and adopt next-generation technologies with reduced complexity and greater execution speed.
